Using Averix Analytics

Averix Analytics operates this service and publishes informational sports analysis and predictions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including gambling laws and age restrictions where you live. Averix Analytics is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.

Predictions and outcomes

Predictions are probabilistic opinions, not guarantees of a winner, profit, or any other outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Injuries, replacements, cancellations, judging, and other unpredictable events can affect outcomes.

Published content may be revised as information changes. Publication versions preserve the prediction record. External market information is provided for reference and may be delayed or unavailable; it is not an offer to place a wager.

Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and contact averixanalytics@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized account access. Do not share or resell access to protected subscription content.

Subscriptions and renewal

Averix Access is $5 USD per month and Averix Insider is $20 USD per month. Both renew monthly until canceled. Checkout displays the charge before you confirm. Access depends on an active subscription and confirmed billing status. A failed payment may interrupt access.

Averix Access and Averix Insider include the same website content and features. Averix Insider additionally includes membership of the private Averix Insider Discord community while the Insider subscription is active; its higher price pays for that community access only.

You may switch between the two plans from Account. Stripe shows the prorated amount before you confirm. A change to Averix Insider takes effect immediately and charges the prorated difference for the current billing period. A change to Averix Access takes effect immediately and credits unused Insider time to your account balance for future renewals.

Manage your plan, payment method, invoices, and cancellation from Account through Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation at the end of a paid period retains access until that period ends. A subscription provides access to published content, and for Averix Insider the Discord community, only; it confers no administrative rights on Averix and no moderation rights in the Discord community.

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period. If you cannot access billing management, contact averixanalytics@gmail.com for help.

Digital subscription access is provided immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable once charged. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law. A request does not guarantee a refund. See the Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits rights required by applicable law.

The Averix Insider Discord community

To join, connect a Discord account you control from Account. You authorize Averix to read your Discord username and to add you to the Averix Discord server. One Discord account can be connected to one Averix account at a time.

The Insider role and the private channels are granted automatically while your Averix Insider subscription is active. They are removed automatically when the subscription ends, when you switch to Averix Access, when you disconnect Discord, or when a payment fails (after any grace period Averix applies), and restored when an Insider subscription is active again.

The Averix team takes part in community discussion, and invited MMA analysts may join from time to time; the participation of any particular person is not guaranteed. Community discussion is opinion, not a guarantee of any outcome. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's own terms and policies and to the server rules, and Averix may remove content or members that break them.

Content and acceptable use

Site content and branding belong to Averix Analytics unless otherwise stated. Do not republish, resell, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the site or its protected content.

Changes and contact
