Using Averix Analytics

Averix Analytics operates this service and publishes informational sports analysis and predictions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including gambling laws and age restrictions where you live. Averix Analytics is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.

Predictions and outcomes

Predictions are probabilistic opinions, not guarantees of a winner, profit, or any other outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Injuries, replacements, cancellations, judging, and other unpredictable events can affect outcomes.

Published content may be revised as information changes. Publication versions preserve the prediction record. External market information is provided for reference and may be delayed or unavailable; it is not an offer to place a wager.

Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and contact averixanalytics@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized account access. Do not share or resell access to protected subscription content.

Subscriptions and renewal

Averix Full Card is $20 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. Checkout displays the charge before you confirm. Access depends on an active subscription and confirmed billing status. A failed payment may interrupt access.

Manage your payment method, invoices, and cancellation from Account through Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation at the end of a paid period retains access until that period ends. A subscription provides access to published content only and confers no administrative rights.

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access remains available through the end of the already-paid billing period. If you cannot access billing management, contact averixanalytics@gmail.com for help.

Digital subscription access is provided immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable once charged. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law. A request does not guarantee a refund. See the Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits rights required by applicable law.

Content and acceptable use

Site content and branding belong to Averix Analytics unless otherwise stated. Do not republish, resell, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the site or its protected content.

Changes and contact
