Who operates the service

Averix Analytics operates this service. Contact averixanalytics@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests concerning your personal account data.

Account information

Supabase processes email addresses, passwords, account identifiers, authentication sessions, and account-related timestamps for registration, confirmation, sign-in, recovery, and access control. Averix uses account identifiers, email addresses, roles, and subscription status to provide and protect account features. Registration creates member access only; administrator permissions are assigned separately.

Information you send to support is used to respond to your request and resolve account, privacy, or billing issues. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card details by email.

Technical information

Vercel hosts the website and Supabase provides the database and authentication service. These providers may process request information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and error records to deliver, secure, and maintain the service. Operational logs are used to diagnose failures and investigate abuse.

Cookies

Signed-in sessions use essential HTTP-only authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect account access. Blocking these cookies may prevent account features from working.

Analysis processing

If an authorized administrator uses the optional analysis generation feature, verified fight data and source references are sent to OpenAI for processing. Member login credentials and private API keys are not included in analysis inputs. Generated analysis requires editorial review and explicit publication. Published predictions, factual references, and editorial and result revisions are retained for auditability.

Subscription data

When subscriptions are available, Stripe hosts checkout and billing management and processes the payment information you provide. Averix does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

Averix associates your account identifier with Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, price, billing-period end, and cancellation status in Supabase. Verified Stripe notifications keep access current. Billing records and operational logs contain transaction and event references used to diagnose billing errors and reconcile account access.

External content and services

The service obtains public fight information from UFC sources and reference market information from Polymarket. Loading externally hosted images or following external links may share normal request information with those providers. Their own privacy policies govern their services. Averix does not accept wagers.

Data access and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal account data by emailing averixanalytics@gmail.com. Use your account email where possible. We must reasonably verify your identity before fulfilling sensitive account requests and may ask for additional information needed for that verification. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Requests will be handled within the timeframe required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or transaction-record purposes. Deletion of an Averix account does not necessarily delete records that must legally or operationally be retained.

Stripe handles payment information separately. Deleting an Averix account does not itself erase Stripe's payment records or cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation in Account through Stripe Billing Portal, or ask support for help with both cancellation and account deletion.

Retention and policy updates

Personal information is retained as needed to provide and secure the service, handle requests, maintain required records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Published prediction and editorial records are preserved for auditability. Privacy requests involving those records will be reviewed for personal information that can be removed while meeting retention obligations.
