Account and billing help

Email from your account address where possible and describe the issue. For billing questions, include an invoice reference if available. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers, or card security codes.

You can manage your subscription and cancel future renewals from Account through Stripe Billing Portal. See the Refund Policy for refund requests and billing errors.

Personal data requests

Use the same support email to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal account data. We reasonably verify identity before fulfilling sensitive requests and handle them within the timeframe required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Prediction questions

Include the event or fight page when reporting a content issue. Averix provides informational sports analysis and predictions. Predictions are probabilistic and do not guarantee outcomes. Averix is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.
